Adobe After Effects. But earlier videos were made in Apple's Keynote and edited in Apple's iMovie. That workflow was simple to use but limiting what could be presented.

We believe in quality of content over quantity. Each video takes many hours to research, write, animate and edit.
This mainly depends on video complexity and if the software behaves. A 2 minute video takes 7 to 10 hrs to make. Some videos took +30 hrs to complete.
Depends on the project. We seek out expertise on certain subjects from the aviation community to help us write the scripts. All animations are done by our founder Chris and the voice over by the lovely Karen.
